5ème semaine de congés payés après le 31/05 ? Bonjour à tous,
voilà, il me reste 1 semaine de congés payés à prendre, la syndicaliste de mon boulot m'a dit que je pouvais prendre ma 5ème semaine après le 31/05.
Et là, ma DRH me dit qu'elle n'était pas au courant de celà.
Quelqu'un peut il m'éclairer svp ?
Peut on prendre sa 5ème semaine de CP après les dates "légales", c'est à dire après le 31 Mai ?
En règle générale, les congès doivent être soldés au 31 mai. Vous pouvez éventuellement obtenir une dérogation, après accord de votre direction.
Consultez la convention collective dont vous dépendez, ainsi que le règlement intérieur de votre entreprise. Ce sont ces documents qui font foi.
